SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY

We ship via USPS from Austin, TX.

Domestic (United States):
- USPS Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Afterhours Fuel is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available during select promotions.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the tracking link in your confirmation email.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders ship automatically on your billing cycle. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking for each shipment. To update your shipping address, manage your subscription through your account or email info@afterhoursfuel.com before your next billing date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently ship internationally. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Afterhours Fuel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by USPS. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local USPS office first. If the issue is not resolved, email us at info@afterhoursfuel.com and we will work with you to find a solution.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
