RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind our products. If you're not happy with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you — opened or unopened.

You don't need to ship anything back. Supplements can't be resold once they've left us, and we'd rather you not pay return shipping on something you didn't enjoy. Keep it or bin it, your call.

To claim, email info@afterhoursfuel.com with your order number and let us know it wasn't for you. We'll confirm within 2 business days and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges you paid are included in the refund.

The guarantee covers one claim per customer, per product.

UNOPENED PRODUCT

If you'd prefer to send unopened, unused product back in its original packaging, you can do that within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us for instructions. Return shipping is on us if the item arrived damaged or defective; otherwise it's the customer's responsibility.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@afterhoursfuel.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a free replacement — no return required.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product or flavor, request a refund under the guarantee above and place a new order.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, but they are covered by the 30-day satisfaction guarantee above. To cancel, manage your subscription through your account or email info@afterhoursfuel.com.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company — processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@afterhoursfuel.com.
