RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Afterhours Fuel, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

RETURNS

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the consumable nature of our supplements. This is standard across the supplement industry for health and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, email us at info@afterhoursfuel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@afterhoursfuel.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a free replacement — no return required.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be refunded. To cancel, manage your subscription through your account or email us at info@afterhoursfuel.com.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company — processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@afterhoursfuel.com.
